This comprehensive Swiss medical information resource is available offline on iPad and iPhone devices, with daily updates derived from the latest export of AIPS data from Swissmedic.

The application offers advanced search and sorting functionalities, including by:

• Medication name
• Manufacturer
• ATC code (name and code)
• Swissmedic registration number
• Active substance
• Therapeutic area (e.g., conjunctivitis, HIV, etc.)
• Personalized favorites list
• SwissDRG 3.0 for high-cost medications (search within ATC categories by DRG)

Recent enhancements introduce new features such as e-prescriptions and full-text search capabilities:

• Import patient data via the iOS address book
• Manage patient profiles within the AmiKo address book
• Create, view, and manage prescriptions per patient
• Edit existing prescriptions, transfer old prescriptions, and generate new ones
• Transmit and receive prescriptions through email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, AirDrop, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox
